Double Fold Binder – Industrial Sewing Machines 20–36 mm

This stainless steel binder folder folds and guides piping tape in a single pass, producing clean, uniform double-fold edges directly on the machine. It is designed for industrial chainstitch sewing machines and processes piping tape widths from 20 mm to 36 mm without adjustments between runs.

The folder is made of 100% stainless steel — corrosion-resistant and stable under the continuous strain of production operations. It snaps onto the machine quickly and without tools, keeping setup time minimal and output quality consistent.

No electricity or separate power supply required. The folder operates entirely from the movement of the machine, making it a maintenance-free addition to any industrial sewing application.
